We're searching for a passionate and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts.The MissionYou will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in digital marketing and a love for books.Role SpecificsStrategic Planning: Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution across digital channels, including social media, email, content, and paid advertising.Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with our target audience and drives traffic.Data-Driven Marketing: Data is the basis of all our decision-making. All marketing efforts will be assessed against performance.Affiliate Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic affiliate partnerships that enhance our brand presence and customer reach.Manage Internal Marketing Resources and External Agencies: Oversee and coordinate internal marketing resources (EDM, Google Ads, Meta), as well as manage relationships with external agencies to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.QualificationsExperience: 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the retail or e-commerce sector. Experience in the book industry is a plus.Skills: Strong proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.Analytics: Demonstrated ability to analyse data and use insights to drive marketing decisions.Quick Learner: A creative thinker with the ability to learn fast.
