Job DescriptionManage and lead the national Marketing function (two direct reports) with the aim of achieving business goals and increasing membership numbers.Collaborate to identify key target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across difference channels and segments.Monitor market trends and analyse customer insights to identify market opportunities.Oversee all advertising, digital, media and creative to ensure there is brand consistency.Develop user experience for members across website, CMS and new AI functions.Manage the Marketing budget and execute regular reporting and presentation. The Successful Applicant This candidate should have experience managing and leading a team as a Marketing leader, with a 'member-centric' attitude. Experience working in a member-based organisation is, therefore, advantageous. The candidate should also have;A tertiary qualification in Marketing, PR, Communications or equivalent.Demonstrated success in planning, executing and measuring successful campaigns in new and established markets.Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, some at an executive level.Experience with digital, including web development with a focus on user experience.Strong project management and organisational skills.
