Agenda Entertainment Pty Ltd – Geelong VICAs the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the marketing strategy for Agenda Group's venues and music events. You will be running a team of two Marketing Coordinators and you will collaborate with our operations, events, and design teams to develop and implement creative marketing plans that elevate our brand, attract new audiences, and retain loyal customers. This role requires a strong grasp of digital marketing, artwork direction, event promotion, brand management, and data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our venues and events to increase brand awareness and drive ticket sales, bookings, and engagement.Campaign Management: Plan and oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns, including curating artwork, digital advertising, email marketing, social media, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.Content Creation and Branding: Manage the creation of high-quality content and ensure brand consistency across all channels. Collaborate with our design team and content creators to produce compelling visuals, videos, and written content.Digital Marketing and Analytics: Optimise digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to drive growth. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).Market Research and Trend Analysis: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences. Use insights to identify new opportunities and refine marketing tactics.Event Promotion and Activation: Collaborate with event teams to create impactful promotional plans that maximise attendance and brand exposure. Manage on-site marketing activation, ensuring the brand experience resonates with our audience.Team Leadership and Development: Lead and inspire a small marketing team, providing mentorship and support. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as necessary.QualificationsExperience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within events, hospitality, or music brands. Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. Portfolio is assessed with equal importance.Skills: Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, SEM, social media, analytics), excellent written and verbal communication and copywriting skills, and a creative mindset with a strong visual eye.Work Ethic: The ideal candidate is punctual, pro-active, and takes pride in their work. You will be managing various channels, so organisation is key.Personal Qualities: Highly organised, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
