We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for a leading provider of heavy haulage equipment for commercial and industrial workshops throughout Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will be joining an industry leader that continues to dominate their sector.
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Marketing Manager will lead the marketing team and develop comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth whilst collaborating with various departments to ensure cohesive branding and effective communication across all channels.
Duties include:
Developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with the company objectivesAnalysing market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain market competitivenessDeveloping, managing and analysing marketing campaigns ensuring they meet ROI projectionsAssisting in the development of an e-commerce platform to facilitate smaller transactional salesManaging and supporting a remote marketing team on a day-to-day basisDriving and participating in trade shows and other eventsPlanning and overseeing all advertising and promotional activities in line with corporate brandingEnsuring the brand profile is promoted and adhered to regarding all media and marketing collateralManaging the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of financial resources to meet company objectivesCoaching, mentoring and developing the marketing team's skillsBuilding strong relationships with third-party providers
To be successful in the role, you will have a can-do, self-motivated attitude.
Previous experience with Hubspot or Salesforce and digital marketing tools and techniques including Google Analytics, SEO optimisation, and use of graphic software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva will be highly regarded.
