Additionally, this position will focus on supporting and coaching a team of three Marketing Specialists to provide best in class marketing support to our key stakeholder group, Corporate & Community Engagement, to maximise marketing and fundraising campaign outcomes.About youYou will have a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or similar.
Five years (minimum) experience in a similar senior/management role with exposure to complex group environments.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skillsKnowledge of contemporary marketing principles and evolving trends.Demonstrated experience in delivering successful marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.Experience in implementing brand and digital asset management processes and/or technologiesA strong focus on building and embedding marketing processesProven expertise in utilisation of campaign data and analysis to support marketing recommendationsUnderstanding and experience of effective through the line marketing campaign principles, planning and execution.Demonstrated experience in delivering successful integrated marketing and communication campaigns, growing brand awareness and achieving revenue/business targets.
