About Our Client
As the Marketing Manager, you will work at a company that specializes in the design and manufacturing of a high-performance industrial product. This product is primarily for large spaces such as warehouses, factories, and commercial buildings.
Job Description
Create and implement digital strategies across paid performance, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing to drive customer engagement and growth.
Align marketing initiatives with business objectives, using performance data to refine strategies and improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Establish advanced tracking and attribution models to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize results across channels.
Lead B2B marketing initiatives, including account-based marketing and lead nurturing strategies, to generate qualified leads and accelerate sales pipeline velocity.
Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy to increase online traffic and conversion while maintaining store sales.
Foster seamless collaboration between B2B and B2C marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business development and sales teams.
Utilize market insights and analytics to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities within B2B verticals.
Leverage experience with tradeshows and events to enhance B2B marketing efforts and raise brand awareness in new markets.
The Successful Applicant
5+ years in digital marketing or e-commerce, including 2+ years managing a team.
Proven experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing strategies (e-commerce, SEO/SEM, social media).
Strong analytical skills for data-driven strategy optimization.
Success in B2B marketing (lead generation, account-based marketing, sales enablement).
Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and omnichannel strategies.
Experience with tradeshows and B2B marketing campaigns preferred.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
Understanding of financial aspects (P&L statements, budgets, product profitability).
Proficiency in PMAX, Google Ads, social media ads, and Google Analytics (GA and GA4).
Experience with premium brands preferred.
