POSITION A Marketing Manager position has now become available due to company growth.
Manage and coordinate all activities related to marketing, advertising and promotional strategies of the company. Manage the purchasing and distribution of the marketing samples. Oversee the marketing team to ensure all data on the website, social media (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, online product platforms) and newsletters is accurate. Creation of separate traditional and digital programs for lead generation for long tail projects and the promotion of products and solutions. Co-management of product roadmap - new product introduction schedule (NPI); involved in new product development (NPD) with engineering and Category Management. Communicate with the suppliers and drive supplier engagement. Management of relationship with external PR agency for any work overflow. Creation and delivery of product training videos for partners. Proven track record of Marketing Management. This MUST be from within any relatable field to the Architectural Lighting Industry; Lighting in ANY facet, any Electrical Manufacturing, or Architectural product such as high-end Furniture, Textiles, Kitchen & Bathroom, etc. Able to get to the CBD Showroom Monday - Friday - This 100% Office Based. High presentation, attention to detail, well-spoken and team player mentality. You will be someone who is motivated, tenacious, passionate, driven and hungry to pave a long term successful career with a top industry leader.
