We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Manager to join our dynamic orbital servicing company, responsible for driving our marketing efforts.
In this role you will work across the following areas:
CRM Management: Implement and manage our CRM system (HubSpot) to streamline customer interactions and data management Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns through the CRM system to engage customers and drive sales Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system PR and Communications Support: Collaborate with the PR and communications team to develop and execute effective strategies Assist in crafting compelling press releases, articles, and other promotional materials Monitor media coverage and maintain positive relationships with journalists and industry influencers Support the organization of press conferences, interviews, and other PR events Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website, etc.) Create engaging and informative content to attract and retain customers Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate a willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed Adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions Support other marketing and business development initiatives as required PROFILE You will be a great fit for this role if you have:
Great attitude and energy with a creative flair, and a love for space A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, working with tools such as Hootsuite, Webflow and Figma Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams Passion for the space industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of our orbital servicing company OFFER We are driving the future of new in-space services and sustainability, and offer a fast-paced, innovative, and agile environment where you can have a real impact on tomorrow.
