Own the opportunity We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the International Family Care & Professional (IFP) Business unit. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will lead the Family Care portfolio within the Australian business, with responsibility for the strategic direction, developing and delivering strategic brand plans and delivering the short-term results for the portfolio.
Success in the role will see you working at a fast pace and able to balance leading projects yourself while also getting the best from others around you. With 3 direct reports, you will lead the Family Care marketing team, as well as bringing together the broader cross-functional teams with shared ambition and focus.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Strategic leadership of Family Care portfolio (Kleenex & Viva)Developing and executing annual and 3-year strategic plans for Family Care to deliver the growth visionLeading and building talent of the Family Care marketing team (3 direct reports).Work with the team to deliver compelling briefs anchored in consumer insights and the strategic job to be done and partner and challenge agencies to deliver strong, compelling media and communication ideasWork closely with the Manufacturing/Mill team to deliver consumer preferred products proudly Made in AustraliaManage and optimise advertising & promotions budget and shopper marketing and retailer presentationsUtilise various business levers that impact the P&L to deliver balanced results; short-term and long-termAbout Us: People have looked to Kimberly-Clark brands for more than 150 years and today we're proud to help over a billion people around the world cope, laugh, love and live every day. To be a marketing professional holding relevant qualifications (Business/ Commerce Degree or similar), you bring forward extensive strategic Marketing Management experience together with solid skills in developing and executing FMCG packaging, pricing, innovation pipelineYou have had experience driving creative development and media, working with relevant agencies to bring to life campaigns which contribute to brand growthYou have proficient skills across Circana or Nielsen and have solid experience with P&L and its levers to drive growthYou are a people leader; you bring forward your great communication, leadership as well as stakeholder management skills and apply your commercial and analytical acumen towards achieving the resultsWhy Kimberly-Clark Australia?
