As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing strategies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing multi-channel marketing strategies, organising events, conducting market research, leading marketing campaigns, planning digital marketing initiatives, monitoring campaign performance, and working closely with the international team. You will also be responsible for fostering a productive team culture and ensuring content accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Developing multi-channel marketing strategiesOrganising exhibitions, events, and corporate conferencesConducting market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunitiesLeading the creation and implementation of marketing campaignsPlanning and executing digital marketing initiatives to optimise lead generation and customer engagementMonitoring and analysing campaign performance to facilitate data-driven adjustmentsWorking closely with the marketing team in Australia and specialists in ManilaIdeal Candidate: 7+ years' experience in marketing within the financial services sectorStrong understanding of the Australian asset management industryAbility to develop and implement successful marketing strategiesProficiency in digital marketing tools and platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
