About the roleReporting To: VP Marketing APMEA (based in Singapore), dotted line to General Manager ANZWorks With: ANZ Commercial and RD&A teams, Regional Marketing TeamRegion Covered: Australia and New ZealandEmployment Type: Contract – 9 months (preferred date early Dec 2024)This is a maternity cover role for our ANZ Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Manager develops and delivers the Marketing Plan in ANZ, aligned to ANZ strategic priorities and category focus (Meat, Beverages, Snacks, Dairy). They work closely with the Regional Technology Team and Digital Marketing Manager to localise and execute with the ANZ Sales team, to deliver best-in-class customer engagements, external marketing campaigns and digital content. Key responsibilitiesIdentifies and continuously tracks local market trends and consumer needs to deliver insightful and impactful marketing initiatives and customer engagements.Owns and drives marketing activation and proactive customer engagement calendars.Works closely with Regional Technology Marketing and tailors content from global and regional teams to be locally relevant.Assists in briefing, implementing and analysis of market research projects and results.Leads local roll-out of relevant Global Campaigns, working with creative team for impactful and locally relevant communications.Collaborates closely with ANZ Sales Team, Business Development and R&D teams to drive impactful and successful engagement with key customers.Leads execution of Trade Shows in close collaboration with Business Development.Builds and communicates new wins/ success stories to inspire teams.Management of ANZ Marketing budgets & related spend.Qualifications and skillsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent.Minimum 5 years' experience, ideally in the Food and Beverage Industry.Effectively leads initiatives, managing multiple projects – deadlines and internal & external stakeholders.Strong capability in quantitative and qualitative analysis, interpreting and presenting findings in a clear, concise manner.
