Bankstown Lidcombe Medical Imaging – Sydney NSWBLMI provides a comprehensive range of imaging services including General X-ray, Dental Imaging, CT, Ultrasound, Mammography and MRI.We currently have a vacancy for a part-time Marketing Liaison Officer for the South West Sydney region to provide support and interaction with a close-knit team and medical clients.Working closely with the Business Development Manager and referring Practitioners, the position will also require you to develop regional strategies and to prepare and attend promotional events in order to promote the services BLMI offers to patients and referrers.Job tasks and responsibilitiesKey responsibilities will include:Interaction with Medical Referrers, Secretaries personally, by phone or correspondenceMarketing support for the Business Development ManagerCorrespondence with other affiliated teaching colleges: RACGP, College of PhysiciansIdentify and contact new referrers to the areaFacilitate referral pad deliveries across the areaSubmit a weekly marketing reportDesign and collate correct information pertaining to patient handoutsSkills and experienceAbility to quickly learn Radiology software (Comrad & Inteleviewer)High standard of communication – written and verbalOutgoing, well-networked individual who is confident and easy to get along withProfessional personal presentationCommitment to delivering exceptional customer service to referring practitionersHighly motivated and well-organisedEnthusiastic and honestPrevious experience in a radiology environmentPrevious sales or customer service experienceCertificate of Medical TerminologyCertificate III in Customer Service and/or Essential Selling SkillsPlease send your CV via the 'Apply' button below.
