The Opportunity As our Marketing Insights Specialist, you'll own the delivery of the Marketing Insights function at Shine.
Reporting to the Campaign, Insights and Digital Marketing Manager, you'll define, curate and operationalise the consistent use of client, digital, and business data, providing market insights to shape the development of effective marketing programs and drive performance improvements across acquisition, advocacy and client experience.
Here's how you'll help us stay ahead of the pack: Own the Marketing Insights function and develop the client, digital and market insight foundations to inform and guide performance goals and marketing strategies Define and lead the profiling of prospects, clients, referrers and influencers Working closely with IT and Finance teams, develop, maintain and document relevant data assets and analytical tools Ensure all reports and underlying data is thoroughly tested and maintained to ensure integrity of insights Provide subject matter expertise on use of data to inform marketing business cases and for use in analysis Appropriately evolve the slate of insights as behaviours and conditions shift, with an unwavering devotion to ensuring insights are anchored in reliable data Provide subject matter expertise on use of data to inform marketing business cases and for use in analysis Grow the broader marketing team's understanding of the clients/segments they are targeting through their marketing program (providing insights grounded by sound data for marketing briefs) Development and delivery of consistent reporting on marketing performance to the business Design and lead the development of visualisation dashboards to support reporting and self-serve analysis across marketing function.
What you'll bring.
To thrive in this role, you'll have: Experience in interrogating data for insight and visualisations that clearly communicate findings and support recommendations.
Experience in designing data models, cleaning and transforming data and creating dashboards to meet the needs of stakeholders.
High level of competency in SQL (Azure), DAX, Google Analytics, Big Query and advanced Excel.
Dashboarding & visualisation experience, specifically using tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
Understanding of marketing metrics and their application in analysing the impact of marketing initiatives.
The ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and tasks, whilst having strong influencing & stakeholder management skills.
Highly effective collaboration skills and experience in structures requiring partnering and influencing.
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business or Commerce or similar are highly desirable Shine Lawyers: A place for you.
