This immersive, hands-on program provides practical learning through fundamental tasks and meaningful work. Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend.The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units.
