In conjunction with the Group Marketing Manager - QLD, manage the planning, implementation and measurement of all marketing activity for the MINI and Volvo brands, including localised plans for Volvo Cars Brisbane North, Volvo Cars Brisbane West and Brisbane MINI Garage. Generate dealership and product awareness to achieve business goals and targets.
With the support of the Group Marketing Manager - QLD, develop an annual marketing plan designed to achieve the business goals and targets for each dealership, including retail activity, events, launches, corporate marketing and promotional activities.
Identify, recommend and implement the most appropriate, and cost-effective marketing strategies and initiatives for maximising brand and product awareness.Deliver all marketing activities in line with the allocated budgets and time frames.Ensure all marketing activities are in line with the national brand guidelines and go through the necessary approvals process to ensure CI guidelines are met at all times and the business is not exposed to risk through unapproved activity.Effectively communicate all national and local activities within each dealership.Coordinate and manage all media activity, booking directly through each media group and maintaining relationships with each group to ensure our business is well maintained as a client.Co-ordinate and execute all database activity required for marketing activities, including downloading and cleansing time-based lists and actioning Head Office campaigns with database activity.Responsible for executing retail activity for Volvo Cars Brisbane North, Volvo Cars Brisbane West and Brisbane MINI Garage:Monthly campaigns, POS, Sale Events, eDM.Manage the composition and publication of various print media, communicative forms (mockup of creatives, chasing up content/listings), and artwork delivery, as well as drafting of letters and follow up.Coordinate Aftersales & Service marketing activity.Manage and create all social media activity for Volvo and MINI in line with campaign, brand expectations and approvals processes.Oversee the development of sales, aftersales, and service promotional materials such as brochures, information packs, etc.Support the Corporate Sales Manager with all corporate marketing activity, ensuring CI guidelines are met.Report on campaigns and measure success of marketing activity.Manage all marketing invoices received.Promotions, Events, Sponsorships Co-ordinate the Prize Car activity for both Volvo and MINI dealerships.Assist the Group Marketing Manager - QLD in promoting the Sime Darby Motors product range, specifically in relation to promotions, shows, and events. Including, but not limited to:Product launches, Family Fun days, Golf Day, Driving Experiences, numerous local sponsorship events, Drive Days, Shopping Centre Displays, Car Club engagement, Head Office partnerships/sponsorships, Service Workshops, Connected Drive mornings, eDMs for activations, SD Motors or special projects.Co-ordinate and execute above events with the guidance of the Group Marketing Manager - QLDManage and attend dealer promotional and marketing functions, and other promotional activities. Including but not limited to:Be available to attend all assigned events and activities including such activities scheduled outside of usual work hours ie. Night/evening events & weekends.Reporting Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance to management.Track and analyze activities and look for ways to improve performance and increase engagement with customers.Marketing Development/Learning: Learn and develop skill levels in all aspects of the Marketing function.Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading industry/marketing publications.General Marketing Support: Provide marketing support for the Group Marketing Manager - QLD.Provide assistance and support for the wider Marketing team, where required eg. Event, retail or other support required for all brands across the Group.General: Ensure compliance with all Sime Darby Motor Group policies and procedures including WHS.Attend internal and external training courses as required by Management.Ensure compliance with all Work Health & Safety policies and procedures.Any other duties are reasonably requested by Management. Oversee the development of sales, aftersales, and service promotional materials such as brochures, information packs, etc.Be available to attend all assigned events and activities including such activities scheduled outside of usual work hours ie. Night/evening events & weekends.Provide assistance and support for the wider Marketing team, where required eg. Event, retail or other support required for all brands across the Group. Including; BMW, Ferrari Brisbane and Rolls-Royce.
