In order to help us achieve our ongoing global ambitions, we require an organised, collaborative, and energetic Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in either our Sydney or Melbourne office.
The Role The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving the marketing and business development support to the business, with a particular focus on the Australian market.
This role will be based on a fixed term contract for approximately 9 months with a possibility to be converted to a permanent role.
The role requires a self-driven, hands-on person that can work independently and make full use of the resources in the Australian team and the global marketing team. This will be an experienced Marketing Executive who is organised and can deliver marketing outputs to deadlines.
Examples of tasks include working with our Head of Marketing to drive key initiatives in line with the marketing strategy, supporting the senior leadership team in Australia with their business development activities, creating content for our website, tracking and entering awards, identifying speaking slots for industry events, planning and running global initiatives, and organising, managing, and hosting events.

The Skills Experience in a marketing and/or business development role is essential, with proven experience in professional services and/or a consultancy environment and experience working with marketing databases.
You have demonstrated your ability to think and work strategically and to coordinate the activities of others to achieve objectives. Crucially, you possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders in an assertive but diplomatic manner.
A qualification in marketing and/or experience in the built environment sector would be advantageous. This position will offer hybrid working.
