About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive/ to join a passionate team in a dynamic industry. Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Our Client's brand and marketing efforts, from digital content to stakeholder engagement & tenders. Your goal will be to elevate the brand through strategic initiatives that drive growth, support client relationships, and showcase the company's projects. This role will require a blend of creative and analytical skills to execute campaigns, manage social media, lead content creation, and coordinate project-related marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities: Manage brand identity and consistency across all communications and marketing materials. Create and maintain a portfolio of digital assets, including capability statements and team profiles. Develop and schedule engaging content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram), and analyze performance to enhance engagement. Execute SEO strategies and manage Google Business listings to increase online visibility. Plan and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution, including paid advertising. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to support project promotion and brand reputation. Coordinate tender submissions with precision, collaborating closely with the Estimation team to meet high presentation standards. Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources, and provide performance reports to the Director. About You:
You are a proactive marketing professional with strong experience in brand management, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement. With excellent project management skills and attention to detail, you're comfortable managing multiple initiatives and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience: Proven experience in brand and digital marketing, campaign management, and social media. Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Canva, Adobe Suite; strong communication and project management abilities. How to Apply
