You will be responsible for executing key brand campaigns and initiatives for new developments and existing retirement villages within your Victoria portfolio with a strong emphasis on campaign management and execution, data analysis, communications, and content creation.
The successful candidate will join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract and will be part of a collaborative team where your strong interpersonal and communication skills will support and elevate campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, your responsibilities include: Analysing data to inform marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to optimise marketing efforts.Assist in project managing and implementing tailored marketing campaigns and initiatives including briefing, creative execution, ROI reporting and stakeholder liaison.Creating engaging content for earned and owned marketing channels, including digital, print, website and social media.Developing and managing internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience and address key customer pain points to build brand confidence.Coordinating events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.Playing a pivotal role in place activation and customer experience whilst liaising with sales teams to optimise their sales and traffic through these marketing activities.Aligning stakeholders to marketing delivery and gaining endorsement on key initiatives and campaigns.Assisting in the administration of supplier agreements and invoices.Analysing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement and leading the compilation of reports on behalf of the region.Please note: The successful candidate will be required to travel regularly to sites across their VIC portfolio. A tertiary qualification in Marketing or relevant discipline.Minimum of 3 years' experience as a marketing executive, with a strong focus on marketing campaign management, data analysis, communications, and content creation.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment with multiple marketing projects/campaigns running simultaneously.Excellent account and project management skills coupled with a collaborative and proactive approach.A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, with proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.The ability to draw on market and customer insights to develop successful marketing plans and campaigns.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to deadlines and schedules.Having great attention to detail and time management skills.Ready to Join the Fun?
