Job Description

Full-Time position $80K annually (Base) + Super + Accor benefits The Marketing Executive is responsible for increasing revenue and enhancing the profile of Accor's Hotels through traditional media, direct marketing, database management, website content management, partnering with key partner websites, Public Relations, and promotional partnerships. Work with Accor Brand Marketing, PR, and National Promotions to stay within guidelines and secure opportunities through the company.
Main responsibilities :
Launching vibrant marketing campaigns that paint our resort as the ultimate destination, encouraging guests to live their most 'Memorable Moments' with us—from fabulous brunches to starlit conferences, creating 'Instagrammable ' moments around every corner. Using your flair for storytelling to create engaging narratives that resonate deeply with our audience, turning every experience and communication into an invitation to indulge and enjoy. Liaising with the global brand team to ensure that all content is current, consistent, and aligns with brand standards across all channels. Working with our agencies to ensure consistency of message, channel, and strategy by managing and overseeing the hotel's online presence, including websites, social media platforms, and email marketing channels. Supporting the hotel's food and beverage offerings by developing and executing promotional strategies that highlight the uniqueness of the hotel's culinary experiences, special events, and seasonal menus. Bringing a creative vision to all marketing materials and campaigns, overseeing the design and production of visual and written content. Helping our Conferencing & Events team with unique proposals and content that will elevate our offering. What's in it for you? Your experience and skills include :
Experience working with luxury brands in a similar or related role. Excellent communication skills - written & verbal, proficient in Word, Canva, and Excel. Proven experience working with senior management and multiple stakeholders. Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or digital marketing would be advantageous. The ability to work well within a team environment. Attention to detail and effective time management in all allocated tasks. Additional Information
