About the Opportunity
Qscan's Marketing Executive and Digital Content Creator is a highly valued and appreciated role within our small marketing team. This dynamic person is our linchpin who not only has a broad administrative and technical skillset within the marketing portfolio, but values having a strong working knowledge of the business and knowing they will utilise this on a daily basis as they assist various departments and Qscan Group clinics.
The right person for this role will be someone who loves marketing, is an excellent copywriter and editor, has high attention to detail, and finds the operational side of a health business fascinating. This is a business going through a period of change, including digital and data transformation, this will be an interesting and fulfilling role.
This position will be a full-time position based in our Clayfield Support Office. We offer flexible working arrangements; however, initial training will be based in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Assigning tasks, writing briefs and managing workflow for the marketing team. Copywriting internal and external marketing and communications material for Qscan Group entities. Co-ordinating fax campaigns to our referrers on behalf of our referrer relationship team. Designing, writing, managing and scheduling our social media content across multiple platforms and brands. Working with our lovely graphic design team to ensure our new and existing collateral is up to date. Tracking and coordinating our many sports and conference sponsorships. Keeping our websites and google MyBusiness profiles up to date. Responding to online feedback and helping our clinic teams get visibility and actionability on any feedback that comes through. Sourcing and ordering promotional material. About You
The ideal candidate will have:
2 or more years' experience in a similar role. Excellent copywriting skills. Will be a highly motivated, independent and flexible worker. Knowledge of CMS (Drupal/WordPress), analytics and social media platforms. A University or TAFE qualification in Marketing (desirable, not required). A strong passion for marketing, and an interest in the health sector. Valid Driver's License as clinic visits may be required.
