Marketing Director-Retail/Contract Role

Looking for a dynamic Retail Marketing professional with extensive knowledge and experience in building strong brand equity.
Reporting to the CEO, this role will focus on leading and expanding the development and implementation of great brands and products and marketing strategies to drive business growth, enhance retailer success, and strengthen brand equity.
This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with executives, retailers, and suppliers to enhance and grow the premium customer experience.
With accountability for brand management, financial performance, and leadership, this position will play a key role in driving the continued success and growth of the business.
Skills/Experience Required:  Tertiary qualifications in a relevant marketing management/business discipline or  equivalent industry experience essential Minimum 8 years' experience in a food retail/QSR environment in a management level position Minimum 5 years' digital marketing experience  Strong attention to detail  Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong influencing and negotiation skill set Effective project/timeline management Ability to drive and manage with a hands-on approach
