You will lead our Marketing team and be responsible for building the leading global brand in mineral process technology and a world-class digital marketing operation with global reach.
The Role You will lead our Marketing team with the mission to build a world-class digital marketing operation with global reach.
You will be responsible for creating a high-performance digital lead generation machine that creates the deal pipeline required for our sales teams.
You will develop our brand into the dominant global leader in our market niche.
This will be a highly targeted strategy to suit our niche global audience and B2B engineered products.
This is a high-growth environment with the budget required to deliver the plan.

Our brand positioning must evolve from a local Australian supplier to the global premium brand in mineral process technology.
Over 40% of our sales are already international and we plan to increase this significantly.
Part of our strategy is to build out a global sales presence direct to end-user over the next 5 years.
We will achieve this via both organic growth and bolt-on acquisitions.
We require a world-class digital marketing operation to support this global growth strategy.
About You We are looking for a Marketing Leader who wants the autonomy to build a premium global brand and a high-performance digital marketing machine with global reach.

You will be ROI-focused, always looking to 'test and measure', try lots of things, and double-down on what works to maximise every dollar.
Experience required includes: 10+ years relevant experiencePreviously setup or grown high-performance digital marketing team (not 'first rodeo')Track record of delivering outstanding revenue outcomes through digital marketingIdeally – experience with niche B2B audiences and highly segmented targetingIdeally – experience developing high-performing B2B marketing funnelsIdeally – experience with digital marketing localisation (by language, region)Why Join Us?
