12 Month Fixed Term Contract Our Loyalty & Partnerships team plays a vital role in driving the success of Foxtel's customer loyalty program, Foxtel Rewards. Our team is empowered to innovate and influence our products, continually changing the game to bring our customers closer to the content they love across sport, music, movies, and the best lifestyle and drama TV.
We are currently recruiting a Marketing Coordinator to join our Customer Marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the execution of dynamic Loyalty campaigns aimed at enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, integrated communications and marketing activities that resonate with our customer base, including:
Assist in the day-to-day management and implementation of Loyalty campaigns across various channels (email, digital, social media, etc.), ensuring timely and effective delivery.Manage various loyalty programs across key Foxtel partners, including Cricket, AFL, NRL, Supercars, Netball, Hoyts, live music, and entertainment.Support our Loyalty team with internal and external partner reporting for Foxtel Rewards campaigns.Manage prize fulfilment of Rewards partner campaigns across sport, music, lifestyle, drama, and movies.Manage communications with internal departments to support the delivery of Foxtel Rewards campaigns.Support day-to-day delivery of communications from creative development through to execution.Manage Foxtel Rewards' customer feedback email inbox.Work closely with insights analysts to drive post-campaign success evaluation, iteration, and optimization.Collaborate with multiple external partners and internal stakeholders, including in-house creative teams and external agencies.About your experience 1-2 years of similar experience as a marketing coordinator or in a partnerships role.Excellent stakeholder management skills – able to gain approval and consensus from multiple stakeholders.High level of attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality output.Strong project management skills and great multi-tasker, including managing multiple stakeholders at any one time.Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, agile and easily adaptable to constant change and evolution.Highly organized and accountable, self-motivated, possess integrity, and able to work autonomously across multiple teams.Genuine interest in the Australian sporting landscape, entertainment/drama, and the evolving ways to engage with customers.Tertiary level qualification in a Marketing or Communications degree preferred.Life at Foxtel Group A career with us means working across one or more of our brands including Foxtel, Kayo Sports, BINGE, Flash, Fox Sports, and Foxtel Media.
