The Role
This is an exciting role, created with the intention of optimising the team's performance as we work across various marketing channels at Kit, x15 and CommBank in a digital start-up business.
Collaborating closely with the marketing team to manage the day-to-day administration of Marketing, you will apply your excellent communication skills and creative mindset to help the team create the best outcomes from our campaigns.
As a forward-thinking marketer, you'll love the opportunity to work across many different projects and channels, leveraging your passions for Content and Community and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities Write and organise briefs for freelancers and external agencies.Assist with end-to-end campaign management including design and reporting.Source and organise quotes for Kit merchandise.Manage social media channels support with content and create marketing assets.End to end campaign management from design right through to reporting.General administration to support the Marketing team. Are you the perfect match? Demonstratable success in a similar role or area of study.Experience managing (or desire to manage) social media channels including scheduling and community management.Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud to design and edit basic creative assets.Desire to learn or experience with email marketing with an email marketing automation platform / CRM like Marketo/HubSpot.Strong copywriting skills to contribute to social media posts, blogs, emails and other written assets.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and prioritise workload.Experience assisting with end-to-end campaign management including design and reporting.Curious and hands-on, always looking for 'better' with a bias to experimenting to find the right answer.Strong passion for creativity, content and community building.Ability to confidently make decisions and action outstanding tasks.Strong attention to detail.Strong organisational skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work in high paced environments, managing multiple complex projects.
