An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for marketing within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, coordinating and executing client events, tracking campaign performance, and supporting CRM management.
Key Responsibilities: Organise and execute client events, seminars, roadshows, and webinarsCoordinate the development and execution of marketing campaignsTrack and report on campaign performance, including lead conversionsSupport CRM management by tracking client engagement and providing insightsAssist with client materials, social media, email marketing, and website updates when requiredWork closely with the marketing team in Australia and specialists in ManilaProvide marketing support to the business as needed and ensure content accuracy and regulatory complianceIdeal Candidate: Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing within the financial services sectorFamiliarity with the Australian financial services industryAbility to support the development and implementation of marketing strategiesProficiency in digital marketing tools and platformsStrong attention to detail and highly organisedAbility to adapt to changes and work under pressure with tight deadlinesAbility to liaise well with other departments and key stakeholdersAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
