The Marketing Coordinator (Marketing & Fundraising) is responsible for supporting themarketing strategy for communityservices and help to realise the organisational business and missional goals.
Key Responsibilities: Create clear and compelling marketing briefs that articulate the marketing problem and outline the projects or campaigns' objectives.Support the development and execution of all project deliverables or campaign assets and ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral.Support market research for local area marketing plans including competitor insights and changing & emerging trends to support robust marketing recommendations.Work collaboratively with stakeholders to support the services across projects where required.Manage time effectively identifying obstacles or barriers to successfully delivering projects in a timely manner.Clearly communicate with all stakeholders and keep track of project or campaign milestones, status, and budgets.Support the implementation of the marketing content plans including sourcing of stories and sharing of content in relevant audience channels.Support other ad hoc projects/initiatives as directed by Head of Marketing.Skills and experience required: Tertiary qualified in marketing, communications, or business and/or Bachelor qualification in a relevant field.Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, understanding data from multiple sources and making recommendations to inform marketing and communication plans & strategies.Minimum 3 years experience in developing and managing marketing projects or campaigns, linked to business objectives, to achieve targets, budget and return on investment.Proven organisational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines and budgets.Thorough attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent written and oral skills and presentation capabilities.Experience working with a charity, community service or non for profit organisation will be highly regardedIf you have the relevant experience, please get in contact ASAP for a discussion.
