Your expertise will amplify the impact of initiatives, foster public trust and ensure our stakeholders are engaged and empowered by what we do.In this role, you'll:Join our Community and Place, Cross City & Engagement Enablement team in this newly created role, where you will assist in delivery a range of internal and external community and stakeholder engagement activities for bus services across the whole of Greater Sydney.Embedded in a team that works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders such as local councils and bus operators, you will assist in the development and implementation of strategic and corporate communication strategies and plans and ensure they are successfully delivered on time and on budget. You will also be involved in customer analysis and engagement with community groups to deliver tailored plans.This is a unique opportunity to play an integral part in improving services for the travelling public across Greater Sydney.This is a temporary, full time position up to May 2025, and offers hybrid working from our Elizabeth Street, Sydney office.For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description.You are a passionate communications and engagement professional, ideally with exposure to working on service delivery or infrastructure projects. You are hungry for a challenge, and have a genuine desire to engage and partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver strategies for the community you serve.You have impeccable communication and negotiation skills, and you show adaptability and agility when dealing with multiple audiences and stakeholders.
