You'll be instrumental in executing our marketing strategy across multiple channels, from crafting compelling content to managing social media and driving successful campaigns. As a collaborative team member, you'll work closely with our marketing team of three to bring creative ideas to life.The Marketing Coordinator role will see you:Being our hero content creator with a natural talent for crafting compelling content in long and short formats. Creating engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for various marketing channels, including email, publications, and more.Assisting in developing and implementing the firm's marketing strategy.Keeping our website fresh and engaging with regular content updates.Managing our content and publications calendar and ensuring our corporate partners receive it in a timely manner.Building and maintaining our social media presence by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers.Coordinating, developing, and producing marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, email campaigns, etc.).Assisting with campaign execution, including developing landing pages, workflows, webpages, etc.Tracking and analysing marketing campaign performance and reporting on key metrics.Supporting the planning and executing of events like seminars, workshops, and webinars.Providing support in managing marketing databases and maintaining accurate records.What do you bring?Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).Between 2-4 years of marketing experience in a similar role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational and time management skills.Proficiency in social media marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).A creative mindset and a passion for writing commercially.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Comfortable working in a fluid & fast-paced environment.You have high attention to detail and can see a typo from a mile away.Highly favorable skills (but not required):Experience with HubSpot (you will be using it a lot!).Digital advertising experience.Previous experience working in the financial industry.Proficiency in Windows and Canva.We are ready to welcome you to our team now and we'd love to hear from you!
