How you will make an impactProvide support to the broader Marketing team on a broad range of marketing, programs and activities.
Day to day you will:Assist and deliver lead nurturing and engagement activities, including customers, partners and prospects.Ensure that processes such as lead allocation are replicated and followed. Contribute to and initiate continuous process improvement.Produce, review and calibrate content across the group, and ensure this is harmonised.Provide a variety of services covering multiple areas of marketing including events/webinars, campaign marketing, product marketing, marketing communications, public relations, segment/channel marketing, marketing intelligence and technical marketing.Research issues and suggest evidence/data-based recommendations to marketing issues.Create content (sales enablement, website content, socials, marketing campaigns) for prospects, channel partners and customers.Coordinate in the organisation and orchestration of Marketing events, including related merchandise, branding and lead management.Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and report on actionable insights. Use insights for continuous improvement.Skills & QualificationsRelevant tertiary qualifications or related experience preferred.2 years' + experience in marketing.Experience, exposure or interest in professional services, cyber security and/or technology industry is preferred.Marketing tools including marketing automation platforms (eg HubSpot), Content Management System (eg workflow), webinar platforms (eg Zoom) and design (eg Canva).Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with senior leaders and internal working teams.Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.Willing to apply learnings and continue to learn and develop skills.Interested but don't meet every item listed above?
