About the Role As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the hotel team. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, you will support both the Commercial and Operational Teams with the implementation of the marketing plan. Your duties will include:
Maintain and implement the marketing and communications planWork with the commercial and operational teams to create and manage marketing campaigns, promotional activities, marketing channels and production of marketing material for specific eventsCommunicate targeted content via engaging social media posts about the amenities and benefits of the hotel, including hotel refurbishments, food and beverage and meetings and eventsManage relationships with local partners and media outlets to promote the hotelMaintain a comprehensive media and marketing contact management system relevant to the target audiences of the hotelWhat are we looking for? Previous marketing experience in a similar environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of IT programs essential for marketing e.g. InDesign and CanvaProven organisational and planning skillsAbility to work under pressureAbility to build and carry out a yearly budgetPrevious hotel or leisure sector experience would be advantageousWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?
