Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Lead, you will be comfortable diving into a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will have attention to detail and a proactive nature to problem solve and successfully deliver the program within set timeframes and expectations.
The role is a key member of the Communications and Sustainability (C&S) team and is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation, making a meaningful impact on our team and residents in our care.
This is a 7-month fixed term contract role with potential to extend or become permanent.
Responsibilities: Plan, create and implement marketing initiatives to ensure the successful integration of newly acquired Care Communities into our organisation, positioning them effectively within the external market.Work as part of the Marcomms Integration team to execute the brand turnover program onsite, including coordinating events, updating brand materials, and supporting Care Community leaders to adopt brand guidelines and marketing assets.Assist in organising photography sessions that capture the unique spirit of our Care Communities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.Monitor and analyse the performance of the brand, marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation and continuous improvement.Ensure the smooth transition and integration of existing Care Community partnerships and local sponsorships through well-executed integration programs.Develop, edit and proofread marketing materials for both print and online publication (such as aggregate sites, advertising materials), ensuring brand compliance, SEO optimisation, and alignment with organisation goals to drive conversion, retention and advocacy.Qualifications: Degree in marketing, communications or related field.Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing with a generalist skill set.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences and channels.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience working cross-functionally and building relationships with internal stakeholders.Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including analytics, search engine optimisation and search engine marketing desirable but not essential.All applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance certificate via Opal HealthCare's police check system.
