We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator for an 11-month maternity cover to join the National 360 Marketing Team who lives and breathes all things content! You'll be working as a part of an efficient and effective team alongside Caroline, our Marketing Manager.
You will also be working closely with our state and regional managers, our allied health teams and important stakeholders across six states. In your role, you'll be responsible for generating and releasing content across multiple different mediums! This will be a great opportunity for someone who would love to increase their knowledge and skills in things like Paid Media and Strategic Marketing plans.
Responsibilities: Devise, curate and review internal & external communications activities.Create targeted content for website, blogs, EDMs and social media channels and distribute that content across all digital media channels.Support execution of campaigns, social media strategy through competitive research & community management activities.Assist in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material.Development and management of content calendar incorporating all planned campaigns across EDMs, social media, and website.Event management including webinars and expos.Coordination and management of CRM (Client Relationship Management) process & maintain the relevancy of the database and perform data analytics and market research.If you're the type of person who loves autonomy in their role and considers themselves a go-getter, then this is the role for you. About you At least 3 years experience in a marketing coordinator role.Exceptional writing and editing skills.Content and copywriting experience for social media, email, blogs, intranet, and website.Social Media Management experience including advertising.Video content creation and editing.Experience creating and sending email marketing campaigns.CRM management.Event management.Knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Zoho Products (CRM, Campaigns, Social) is desirable.Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects with shifting priorities and competing deadlines.Well-honed organisational and time management skills.*To obtain a copy of the position description or for more information on what it's like to work at National 360, contact Amy Chan at or call .
