Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team, either full-time or part-time. The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the business to improve and implement marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and analyse performance metrics.
This role involves: Campaign Management:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including overseeing the automation process. Email marketing experience Coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables for marketing projects. Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing content for websites, blogs/newsletters, and social media. Collaborate with designers and writers to create marketing collateral. Social Media Management: Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms. Monitor engagement and analyse social media performance. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences. Compile and analyse marketing data to inform strategies. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing events, speaking events, and trade shows. Coordinate logistics, materials, and promotional efforts for events. Administrative Support: Maintain marketing calendars, track budgets, and manage project documentation. Provide support in maintaining and updating the company website. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment on marketing efforts. Assist in fostering communication between team members and stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, social media platforms, analytics tools; ideally mar-tech tools across customer engagement/email, website management, and socials). Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This will be a role that requires a lot of thinking on your feet with a self-starter attitude. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Extra points if you have worked across customer.io and webflow. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
