Sydney - Inner 12 month FTC with learn and grow opportunities Health & wellbeing programs, hybrid and flexible working Collaborative culture with a genuine commitment to sustainability We are currently looking for an Ecommerce Coordinator to join our E-Commerce Team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This is an entry level role in our team and we will teach you the technical skills.
You just need to bring a love of data and a can-do attitude with a heap of initiative, collaboration skills, and strong organisational skills.
You will be responsible for managing our product and content on our concession partner and marketplace websites, with a focus on our two major concession partners: Myer and David Jones.
You will also work to bring some campaigns and enhancements to our own ecommerce sites.
This is a fast-paced project management and coordination role which will see you manage products, campaigns, and promotions, and assist with delivering new functionality to our websites.
You will be involved in numerous campaigns each year, including high-profile campaigns such as Summer Gifting, and will collaborate across a diverse stakeholder group, from Marketing, Merchandising, Copywriting, and Development.
You need to be a confident stakeholder manager, able to provide recommendations and represent e-commerce as the technical SME, and a creative thinker who can brainstorm ideas of how to bring a campaign to life online.

What experience do I have? Exceptional organisational/project management skills and an ability to prioritise and handle multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and brands.
Competent and keen to work across technology platforms.
Proactive and confident in building and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
A high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and an ability to get into the detail where necessary.
