Job Reference: 750682 As the Marketing Coordinator at Curtin Sport and Recreation, you will take charge of developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that enhance our brand and drive engagement across our sport and recreation programs.
This role will allow you to lead high-level strategy development, utilise digital channels, and shape the brand experience for our students, staff, and community.
You'll play a key role in automating communication processes to improve the customer experience, while driving promotional campaigns for our events.

Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the creation and execution of audience-focused marketing campaigns.
Develop digital marketing strategies, including brand positioning, engagement, and promotions.
Use customer data to tailor communications, enhancing the customer experience with automated CRM processes.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across channels.
Report on the success of marketing initiatives, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have: A relevant degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, particularly within digital platforms.
Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across various teams.
Passion for sport and recreation, with a drive to contribute to the growth and success of our programs.
