We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Federal Group Tasmania Marketing Team. Working across predominantly our iconic Wrest Point Casino, Country Club Tasmania and Vantage Hotel Group brands. This person will have the opportunity to learn and further their career in a supportive, collaborative environment.

The Marketing team coordinate and execute campaigns across a number of marketing channels and systems, for Federal Group's diverse portfolio of tourism and hospitality businesses. This Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring our group-wide marketing and sales strategies are delivered effectively.
Reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing – Casinos & Hotels, the Marketing Coordinator provides support to a diverse range of stakeholders. You will play a key role in campaign scheduling and execution and hold responsibility for coordinating the design of property collateral, print production, quality control, proofreading, costing, social media execution, data management, website updates, delivery of direct mail services as well as general administrative duties. This role will also have the opportunity to work closely with our Creative team to plan, schedule and execute our content strategy.
This role is ideal for an organised, efficient person who is great with systems:
who works well independently, shows initiative and solves problems in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills and attention to detail who is naturally highly organised and efficient in their time management able to meet deadlines and juggle multiple competing priorities seamlessly with a passion for service excellence, and a desire to learn and develop. Experience in a marketing role would be preferred, recent graduates will also be considered.
