The Company Talent Right is working exclusively with ADP Store Fixtures for the appointment of the newly created role of Marketing Coordinator based at their offices in Cockburn Central, Perth.
ADP is an established and reputable business that has been operating for over 35 years and supports retail businesses across Australia with their instore fixtures and fittings as well as providing end to end solutions on retail fit outs from small stores to large supermarkets.
The Job This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator who enjoys managing a busy pipeline of marketing activities.
You will be the single point of contact for all marketing campaigns whilst working closely with an outsourced agency who will help you to execute the overall marketing strategy in conjunction with the Sales Manager.
You will be the "go to" person for all marketing related projects and the liaison between the external creative team and internal stakeholders which includes the sales team and the company Directors.
To successfully step into this brand-new position, you will need to be a natural collaborator and connector with a strong understanding of all marketing functions from content creation, social media, photography, videography and other traditional methods.
You will be the essential glue that binds the marketing efforts together, keeping projects on time and on budget.
You will ensure that every piece of the campaigns comes together seamlessly with your stellar coordination skills.

What skills do I need to Succeed?
A great grasp of the full suite of marketing fundamentals, a true generalist!
Basic design and editing skills and comfortable with technology An eye for photography, experience in videography or instructional videos a bonus!
Experience updating and managing websites and creating meaningful Blogs Managing and updating online product information Experience managing lead generation campaigns (Telemarketing & EDM) A drive to keep projects moving and people accountable without breaking a sweat!

Collaborative: Comfortable working closely outsourced marketing agency Tech-Savvy:  A passion for automation whilst keeping things simple Proactive: You anticipate needs and manage tasks with ease Marketing Generalist: You've got broad marketing knowledge and will enjoy being "The marketing Department" for this close-knit family business Experience Required to be successful?
Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a marketing co-ordination role or someone senior looking for part-time hours and a better work life balance.
Experience working within the marketing function of a B2B organization Ability to juggle lots of marketing tasks and ideally have experience working with a marketing agency Natural ability to connect with people and create eye-catching content Exceptional organizational skills, keeping marketing projects on track!
Good computer skills, Microsoft Suite, Canva/InDesign/Adobe/Catalyse skills a bonus!
A mature attitude towards work and happy being the solo marketing expert!

We are offering a healthy basic salary ranging between $80 - $95K depending on experience plus superannuation and standard holiday leave with other incentives coming in 2025.
This is a part-time role so salary will be pro-rated depending on weekly hours.
