This is a 12 month parental leave contract role. What you'll do Be the point-person for all media activities: Design earned media strategies and pitches to reporters to attract coverage in targeted outlets, triage inbound media requests and proactively identify opportunities for Airtree to add to public conversations.Support and be a thought partner to Airtree's leadership team on all things communications-related: Prepare internal stakeholders for speaking opportunities and media interviews and work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints with founders and LPs.Act as our brand custodian: Manage Airtree's brand identity to ensure wherever we show up is consistent and aligned with our audience, values and goals.Oversee, manage and create content for Open Source VC: Collaborate with the Airtree team and subject matter experts to produce high-quality content to add to the Open Source VC library of resources.Design and execute marketing initiatives that add value to our community: From webinars to workshops, email or digital campaigns, you'll source talent, write copy, put together creative and measure results across our marketing efforts.Act as an extension of our portfolio companies PR & Comms teams: Provide portfolio companies with guidance, reviews, feedback and resources on fundraise announcements and media opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
