About the role Are you a strategic and innovative marketing professional ready to drive growth and enhance member communications? Join the REIV, where you can lead integrated communication strategies and make a tangible impact as part of a peak membership body.
What you'll be doing Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.Manage the REIV website, optimising experience and building a portal that is a one-stop shop for real estate professionals.Lead content creation initiatives like newsletters, videos, and podcasts.Drive member growth through targeted campaigns and personalised communication strategies.Act as a media liaison, handling inquiries and key messages.Build the REIV training brand as an RTO and a provider of ongoing professional development.Analyse campaign performance and refine strategies to optimise results.Working in a small, dynamic team with one direct report, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
What we're looking for You are a self-motivated marketing leader passionate about innovation and continuous improvement. You have:
5+ years of marketing experience with expertise in digital marketing.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency with CRM systems and CMS platforms.A track record of managing successful campaigns and analysing data for insights.The ability to work autonomously while fostering a positive team culture.Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media platforms.Experience in training organisations or membership-based services.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with the real estate industry is preferred but not essential.What we offer Flexible working arrangements from modern offices in Abbotsford.Competitive remuneration.Supportive and collaborative work culture.Access to employee wellbeing initiatives.Ready to take on this exciting challenge?
