Key Duties Create and execute innovative marketing and communication strategies.
Oversee projects and operational plans that align with departmental and organisational goals.
Analyse the effectiveness of communication efforts and identify opportunities for greater engagement.
Set key performance indicators to maximize resource efficiency.
Monitor service delivery and reporting standards to enhance organisational performance.
Manage the creation and dissemination of key publications, including annual reports.
Curate and develop content for the organisation's storytelling initiatives.
Provide guidance to staff on public speaking, presentations, and written materials.
Ensure consistency in branding through the National Style Guide and manage design requests.
Build productive relationships with external partners to support strategic initiatives.
Lead efforts in advocacy, volunteer, and membership communications in line with the strategic direction.
Qualifications Relevant degree in Communications, Media, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, successfully managing marketing and communication projects.
A strong alignment with the organization's mission and values.
Ability to work in accordance with organizational policies and support its mission.
