About The Role Reporting into the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development of marketing and communication strategies to meet the organisation's strategic direction.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that support the organisation's strategic goals. Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including members, community organisations, and industry partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and member needs to inform strategic decision-making. Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns. Build and lead a high-performing marketing and communications team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide well-researched and timely advice and support to the General Manager on all matters related to marketing and communications. About You You will lead the development, management, and oversight of the marketing and communications of the organisation's strategies, ensuring initiatives align with strategic direction. Your leadership will be critical in building and sustaining a high-performing team, supporting staff to achieve objectives, and fostering a culture of high performance.
