With operations across , Asia and the Middle East, our studios believe in the power of design to positively change people's behaviour and lives, the environment, and the planet.The RoleThe Marketing & Communications Coordinator is an exciting role in our Melbourne-based team. This permanent full-time position will be responsible for a diverse mix of marketing projects and activities across our global practice. As a member of the Executive group function and reporting to the global Marketing Director, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to:Digital and traditional marketing strategies and initiatives;Content creation for our website and social media channels;The development of engaging visual assets and marketing materials;Awards submissions, PR campaigns, advocacy and industry outreach; andAdvisory and research support for studios, project design teams, and business leaders.Currently the team is operating under a hybrid working arrangement – time is split between working from home and our offices in the Melbourne CBD.About YouAs a design firm, ASPECT Studios is seeking someone with not just strong creative vision, but an eye for detail, an open mind, and fresh ideas. In this role you'll be editing and copywriting others' work, distilling creative ideas into effective marketing materials, and supporting studios in the selection of project images and content – building strong relationships with many different stakeholders should therefore come naturally to you.To be successful in this role, you'll need:Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills;Digital proficiency – experience using Adobe Creative Suite will be highly regarded;A consultative, collaborative and global working style;The ability to proactively juggle multiple projects at once, at times managing competing priorities;A passion for marketing, design, landscape architecture, or all of the above!Ideally candidates will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
