Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of Australian seniors and their families?
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the strategic direction, planning, and execution of marketing initiatives for our Retirement Living portfolio.
Your Role: As the Marketing Manager for Retirement Living, you will support the Head of Marketing to enhance our digital presence, improve customer experience, and generate sales inquiries.
You will collaborate with a team of marketing specialists and focus on stakeholder engagement, marketing planning, lead generation, and brand development.
Your efforts will contribute to transforming the lives of Australian seniors and their families.

What We're Looking For: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in a Marketing Manager role within the healthcare, senior living, real estate, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing plans that drive growth, sales, and customer engagement.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving acumen, and adaptability in a dynamic industry landscape.
• Extremely well-organised and self-motivated with high levels of initiative.
• Strong experience in utilising data-driven insights for decision-making and optimising marketing campaigns.
• Highly developed communication (verbal & written), teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing agency relationships and external partnerships for successful campaign execution.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Current Drivers Licence and commitment to occasional travel including interstate.
