Job description: Create, plan, develop, and organize the full marketing strategies and advertising campaigns according to the agency's growing plans. Evaluate and analyze ideas to identify strengths and weaknesses. Coordinate the development of new marketing plans and campaigns to promote the agency, working closely with management to create effective and efficient marketing strategies focusing on multimedia content creation for the agency's YouTube channel, social media, etc. Analyze data regarding consumer patterns and preferences to develop strategies and campaigns to achieve sales targets. Advise management on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach monthly targets, creating consumer awareness, and effectively promoting the agency and its services. Support agency growth by developing new services and products to grow the agency portfolio, including designing pricing structures, developing communication strategies, and designing advertising material for online and social media platforms. Research market trends to analyze information and design tactics for new and existing services when required. Apply strategic marketing techniques to target key audiences to support the agency's growth. Collect and analyze data to prepare communication material, including reports to the Director on the success of marketing campaigns. Qualifications/Attributes: Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification. Must have at least 2 years of experience. Proficiency in marketing software, tools, and social media platforms. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Creativity and keen attention to detail. Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
