Marketing Co-ordinator required to be part of the AUS Marketing team administratively supporting our Product (Marketing) Managers and Sales / Commercial teams across our hip and knee portfolios for implants and technology, developing and implementing key marketing processes, and enabling Corin to gain, develop, and grow business across Australia through surgeon engagement and orthopedic events.
You will report to the ANZ Marketing Director based at our Pymble, Corin Sydney offices on a hybrid basis (2-3 days a week onsite).

The ideal Marketing Co-ordinator will have/be:A minimum of 2 years experience within a marketing or events administrative-type role.Experience working with Adobe Suite, InDesign, WordPress, and the MS Office Suite.Task-oriented and have the ability to work both unsupervised and under your initiative.The ability to work as part of a small hands-on team that works effectively and coherently under pressure.High attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills both written and verbal.An understanding of medical devices would be highly advantageous.

As a Marketing Co-ordinator, your key responsibilities will include:Organizing & executing internal meetings and 3rd party conferences.Creating & managing the annual AUS marketing activities schedule.Collaborating with the global marketing teams in the US & UK regarding brand assets, promotional collaterals, training resources, and marketing strategy.Project managing the state-based tendering process and liaising with key internal & external stakeholders.Managing relevant reporting requirements for external entities including the MTAA & various care providers.Collaborating with Product Managers to support the maintenance of NPC & GS1 catalogs.Managing marketing supplies and maintaining up-to-date lists of marketing material and samples.Administratively support the Corin Academy training scheduling and preparation of training materials.Management of local & international surgeon visitations including accreditation, logistics & agendas.Supporting global social media strategy with local content.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Corin's standard operating procedures and policies and ensuring compliance at all times.Ensuring Corin's company-related activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards, e.g., the MTAA Code of Practice.
