Exciting role managing a national B2C campaign for an ASX top 100Hybrid – 2 days from home and 3 days at Chadstone office (free parking)Leading a collaborative team to deliver multi-tactical campaigns, bringing together deliverables across media and creative agencies, working with the internal creative studio and internal specialists and stakeholders to drive customer brand awareness, engagement, increase market-share, visitation and sales.
You will be supported by a well-seasoned marketer with extensive experience who will guide you through the complexities of the campaigns and the organisation successfully.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for shaping multi-tactical campaigns in conjunction with the marketing manager, internal teams and stakeholdersCoordinating all the moving parts with suppliers and stakeholders – taking briefs, writing internal briefs, approving artworkTracking and managing creative deliverables, prioritising assets to meet different deadlinesEnsuring briefs are delivered to various teams and assets are delivered on-timeRun review meetings with various stakeholders and ensure consolidated feedback is communicated to make changes for the final campaign to go-liveReport on progress of campaignsQualities and skills required:
Confident and clear communicator who brings people on the journey and competent leading a meeting and presenting to a group of stakeholders3-7 years marketing experience leading marketing projects in-house or at an agencyWell-rounded team member, used to taking briefs, writing internal briefs, approving artworkExperience in retail B2C marketing on a range of channels including print/POS.Experience working in a complex organisation or large marketing teamCollaborative and able to take input from numerous stakeholdersExperience leading & delivering marketing projects & managing timelinesProject planning experience, able to anticipate what's coming next, asking questions, then setting milestones to deliverA keen eye for detail – familiar with print and digital specs and proofing copy and artworkStrong PowerPoint and Excel skillsExperience running a trade promotion or competition would be advantageousFamiliarity with media channels/buy/placements – the more the betterMonday.com experience is advantageousIf you have the relevant experience, please get in contact ASAP for a discussion.
