Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia offers experience-based holidays in spectacular wilderness locations, including Ayers Rock Resort in the iconic Red Centre and tourism facilities in Mossman Gorge, located in tropical Queensland.This role is located at our office in Sydney, which serves as a central hub, providing support to our operational teams based in our two locations.We are seeking a brand & marketing professional with a passion for building strong relationships, highly advanced communication and organisation skills and experience in end-to-end campaign management to join our Marketing Team as Brand & GTM Manager. This role will see you conceptualise and deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns and collateral across the Voyages family of brands, driving engaging, on-brand creative to help drive awareness and consideration throughout the customer journey with a key focus on executing hard-hitting tactical campaigns in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to drive maximum ROI.Key duties:End-to-end campaign management including developing campaign plans, timely briefing of stakeholders (both internal and external), delivering best-in-market creative and driving ROI through post campaign analysis and reporting.Identify and develop marketing opportunities to improve the guest journey.Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimise GTM strategies.Working with the Director of Marketing, develop the brand strategy and annual plan and drive the successful implementation of activity plans to increase awareness and consideration.Implement best practices that enhance user experience and maximize engagement with our audience.Day to day agency management, ensuring quality work is delivered on brief, on time and within budget.To be successful for this role you will have:7+ years' experience in a marketing/campaign management role, Tourism Industry experience is preferred.Proven experience managing multiple agencies.Experience in executing brand standards.Experience managing in-house graphic designer or creative development experience with an agency.Experience in navigating complex stakeholder environments.Understanding of creative best practices with a ROI focus; working knowledge of media channel performance and optimisation strategies.This is more than just a jobYou will be part of a company committed to social responsibility, supporting people and communities, alongside a dedicated team and a positive work environment.
