Your Future Role The Marketing Automation Specialist is a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert responsible for designing impactful workflows and customer lifecycle engagement programs across various online touchpoints for multiple brands.
This role plays a crucial part in shaping and executing our overall CRM strategy.
You will execute our strategy using an omni-channel media mix, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to all relevant processes.

This role is a permanent full-time position commencing as soon as possible, working remotely within Australia, reporting to Senior Technical Manager, Marketing Automation.
Your Responsibilities Contribute to the development of the CRM strategy to meet overall marketing objectives of demand generation in the B2B marketing space.Create operational and marketing eDMs and triggered customer journeys that integrate from web to lead.Execute omni-channel marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle including acquisition, growth, and retention to achieve strategic objectives and targets.
From campaign conception through to implementation, optimisation, and reporting.Develop and own the test framework for CRM campaigns and initiatives, activating in-market tests and actioning recommendations for future optimisations.Maintain great working relationships and work collaboratively with Martech creative agencies and vendor stakeholders to develop campaigns that engage and excite our customers and consumers.A commitment to development of both your individual and the collective capabilities of the team and the desire to contribute to a positive, committed, engaged, and productive marketing team that contributes to the success of Thryv.Stay up to date with best practices and new innovations in customer marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and relevant technologies.A Bit About You You are a passionate Marketing Automation Specialist with a knack for transforming data into impactful customer experiences.
With hands-on experience in CRM marketing, you have a deep understanding of best practices in 1:1 marketing.
Your analytical skills shine through in your approach to data management, ensuring optimal hygiene and insightful reporting.
