The ideal person for this role will become the Subject Matter Expert for the ABC's Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), delivering on technical components of marketing initiatives and projects to help drive growth and engagement of ABC audiences and improve audience experience through 1:1 channels. This role will aid in strengthening the connections users have with ABC products and services, through their technical experience with MAPs. The position will include:
Managing the technical build and delivery of 1:1 marketing campaigns and journeys within the MAP including journey/campaign design, build, experimental design, testing and QA.Identifying accurate campaign targeting and personalisation, through data selection and audience segmentation.Providing platform training, documentation, and support, trouble shooting and incident resolution for other users.Position Description: 50044651 MARKETING AUTOMATION SPECIALIST.pdf About You You will bring significant skills, knowledge and experience in Marketing Automation Platformswith an advanced understanding of technical functionality, configuration, automation and controls. Your significant skills, experience and knowledge will also include:
Experience working in CRM or 1:1 marketing and communications, with an understanding of email best practice, data and audience targeting, and related Spam/Privacy regulations and controls.Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise scale Marketing AutomationPlatforms, with an aptitude to learn new platforms and technology.Experience implementing end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including journey and automation builds, A/B testing, personalisation, and measurement.Sophisticated interpersonal and communication skills and comprehensive experience negotiating and influencing stakeholders effectively.About ABC Audiences ABC Audiences is made up of a passionate group of marketing, brand, creative, audience experience, UX and audience insights specialists who have audiences at the heart of all they do.
