The opportunity We are on the hunt for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team to take on a 12-month fixed term position.
We're looking for an incredible human to manage the build and delivery of automations, journeys, and highly personalised communications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Using your well-established technical and consulting skills, you will act as an internal subject matter expert and advocate for Marketing Automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud capability, bridging the gap between Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud delivery platform with best practice recommendations and suggestions for optimisations to add value.

This team is currently trialling a nine day fortnight, which means putting tools down and using the time to focus on something to improve your personal health and wellbeing.
Day to day this role will see you working across: End-to-end execution of personalised multi-channel campaigns from build using html and AMPScript, to testing and deployment.
Management of automated campaigns.
Acting as an internal SME and advocate for Marketing Automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud capability.
Implementation of testing and optimisation strategies.
Troubleshooting issues with daily automations, data complexities, as well as those identified during campaign build and testing.
Ensuring accurate, timely execution of all campaigns with a high level of responsiveness to internal stakeholders.
Building strong relationships and foster cross collaboration across other relevant business units, functional areas and external vendors.
Your impact You are a digital marketer with recent hands on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Content Builder as well as Salesforce Sales Cloud – these are the essentials.
You have a genuine passion for customer experience and innovation and have a continuous learning mindset, and can conceptualise technical outcomes for business requirements and problems.
You will also need bring experience in: Building emails, including those with dynamic content.
HTML, SQL and AMPScript.
Creating automated journeys through Journey Builder.
Automation studio and import processes, advocating for best practices.
Salesforce certifications and experience with sms, push notifications and social audiences highly regarded.
